Abstract

Emesis Gravidarum is nausea and vomiting during pregnancy usually caused by changes in the endocrine system that occur during pregnancy, mainly levels, especially because the most common period of gestational nausea and vomiting is the first 12-16 weeks of age when HCG reaches its highest levels(Kundarti, 2017). According to data from the worldhealth organization (WHO) states that the incidence of emesis gravidarum is at least 15% of all pregnant women emesis gravidarum occurs throughout the world with varying incidence rates, namely 1-3% of all pregnancies in Indonesia (WHO,2015. The research used was a quasi-experimental research (quasi-experimental) using a pretest posttes only research design. The place of this research was at the widwife clinic N.SikumbangAm.Keb, Padangsidimpuan District. The study population was 5 Pregnant woman in the first trimester. The study sample was 5 People. Data Analysis used univariateanalysys and Bivariate analysis. The results showed that mostly there was a decrease in low back pain by 5 respondents with a percentage (5,20 %) the p-Value was 0,001 meaning that there was an effect of acupressure point P6 on Emesis Gravidarum in first trimester pregnant woman.
