Reproductive health according to the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2015) is a state of complete physical, mental, and social health, not merely free from disease or disability related to the reproductive system, function, and process. Adolescent reproductive problems are often considered a taboo problem so that education related to reproductive health is still lacking. In fact, the lack of education and knowledge related to reproductive health can actually trigger unwanted things. Demographic data shows that adolescents are a large population of the world's population, who (1995) about one-fifth of the world's population are adolescents. Around 900 million are in developing countries. The implementation of community service uses the lecture method to female students at Paluta Husada Private Vocational School. From the results of the training on reproductive health at Paluta Husada Private Vocational School, it can be concluded that the training to improve the knowledge of adolescent girls through the provision of health counseling went well, marked by an increase in the knowledge of adolescent girls, increasing knowledge and skills for health counseling participants was carried out using the illustrative lecture method and demonstrations.
