Abstract

Exclusive breast milk provides breast milk without additional food or other drinks to babies from birth to six months of age. Education regarding the importance of exclusive breastfeeding is very crucial in increasing mothers' knowledge and awareness about the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding for babies and mothers. This outreach activity aims to improve the knowledge and awareness of mothers in Sionggoton Village regarding the importance of exclusive breastfeeding and practical ways to do so. Education is carried out using face-to-face lectures and discussions. The outreach results show a significant increase in mothers' knowledge regarding exclusive breastfeeding.
