Abstract

Reproductive health counseling for adolescents is an important step in increasing their knowledge and awareness of reproductive and sexual health issues. This activity aims to prepare a young generation that is healthy, qualified, and able to take responsibility for their own reproductive health. In the implementation of counseling at SD No 101508 Muara Muara Purba Nauli Village, Batang Angkola District, participants showed high enthusiasm through questions and active participation, which reflected the success of the activity in achieving the target. The material presented included the process of physical changes during puberty, the dangers of premarital sexual behavior, and the importance of knowledge about reproductive health services and counseling. The main challenges faced by adolescents include the lack of access to correct information, limited talk from parents, and the influence of media and peers that can risk risky sexual behavior. The role of family, school, and community is very important in supporting reproductive health education and services, so that adolescents can avoid risky behavior and undergo puberty healthily. This activity is expected to increase the knowledge and skills of adolescents in managing reproductive health.
