Aging is a natural process marked by a decline in physical, psychological, and social functions. The increasing elderly population in Indonesia poses challenges related to health and quality of life. This community service program aimed to improve elderly well-being through the implementation of a senior fitness program during the Community Service Program (KKN) in Hurase Village. The activity was conducted on June 22–23, 2024, at the Tapa Village Health Center and involved 100 elderly participants. The method included a needs assessment, program planning, implementation of counseling and tailored elderly exercise sessions, and ongoing evaluation. The exercise included warming up, flexibility and strength movements, and cool-down, accompanied by health education on nutrition and hydration. Results showed improvements in physical conditions such as flexibility, sleep quality, and reduced joint pain. Psychologically, participants felt happier, more confident, and socially engaged. Community involvement, especially from family members and health cadres, played a crucial role in program success. The activity led to the establishment of a weekly elderly exercise program supported by the village government. In conclusion, the elderly fitness program is an effective, low-cost intervention to enhance the quality of life of the elderly at the community level.
