Old age is a phase that requires attention due to the natural decline associated with aging. Engaging in sports or physical activity regularly is one initiative that can improve the well-being of older adults. The purpose of this fitness program is to increase the knowledge and enthusiasm of the elderly in Sidadi II Village, located in Batang Angkola Regency, in order to improve their overall health and quality of life. This approach was implemented by Group 23 PKM from Aufa Royhan University on a systematic schedule during the PKM period in Sidadi II Village, Batang Angkola Regency. The results of this physical activity showed a significant increase in both the fitness level and quality of life of the elderly participants. In conclusion, the initiative of regular elderly exercise during the PKM period of Aufa Royhan University in Sidadi II Village, Batang Angkola Regency was effective in improving the health and standard of living of the elderly, and it is important to work with local health workers to maintain the exercise initiative beyond the PKM period.
