REVITALISASI PRA LANSIA MELALUI SENAM SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN KESEHATAN FISIK DAN MENTAL DI DESA TETANGGER TAHUN 2025

The increasing number of elderly in Indonesia presents health challenges, especially regarding physical and mental well-being. In Tetangger Village, many pre-elderly (50-60 years old) experience declining quality of life due to limited structured physical activity and social interaction. This program aims to revitalize the physical and mental health of pre-elderly individuals through regular exercise. The method involved weekly exercise sessions for one month, with initial and final evaluations conducted through observation and interviews. Results showed increased stamina, reduced physical complaints (e.g., back pain from 72% to 36%), and improved enthusiasm for life and social participation among participants. This program demonstrates that simple exercise positively impacts the physical and psychological well-being of pre-elderly individuals and is worth replicating
