Adolescent reproductive health is a growing concern due to increasing rates of early pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and unsafe abortions. This community service activity aimed to improve knowledge and awareness of reproductive health among adolescents at SMPN 3 Batang Angkola, in Hurase Village, Padangsidimpuan. The program was conducted in several stages, including problem identification, preparation of educational materials, implementation of health education sessions, and evaluation. The intervention involved health education delivered by university students using visual aids, printed and digital materials, as well as group discussions and surveys. The results showed a significant improvement in knowledge and awareness: the percentage of students who understood reproductive anatomy and STI prevention increased from 45% to 85%. Active participation was observed in discussion sessions, and 90% of participants committed to practicing personal hygiene. Final evaluations showed a 50% increase in knowledge and awareness scores compared to pre-intervention. Challenges such as limited access to accurate information and stigma were addressed through printed and digital educational materials, home visits, and additional counseling. In conclusion, comprehensive and accessible reproductive health education significantly improved adolescents' knowledge and awareness. Sustainability strategies, including teacher engagement and collaboration with local health centers, are crucial to maintaining the program’s impact.
